HYPNOTHERAPY uses hypnosis to reflect  on the past in order to examine the cause of certain behaviors, "…where does it [problem/behavior/belief] come from?" Understanding where behaviors "come from" can assist in making necessary changes towards healthier beliefs and a more fulfilling life.
